    The original text of this slide read 'Crazy X quote here.' Now, I'm going to poke fun at what a few people have said about bugzilla. Most of these people have written a lot of code; some of them are even quite sane :) So while I poke fun of them, they do have a point- they haven't been educated about the benefits of bugzilla and a QA process, or their organization's QA process fails. Is Dave Miller here? Dave, you're in good company, and you might even be right :) I'll say this again, but qa processes are a social hack- if reasonable people are complaining about bugzilla, it actually might mean something is wrong :)
