- Hackers must make clear what QA should do, though
QA and hackers communicate well- especially outside of Bugzilla
- Lists and such are important for meta-stuff
Burden of proof is on QA
- QA must educate hackers about the relevance of good bugzilla and QA habits

'cats and dogs' seems to be what people think the free software hacker <->QA relationship needs to be or always is.
